Dinner #39: Seafood Pot Pie

Sunday, April 5, 2009: This is an old time favorite from what I think is the first Barefoot Contessa cookbook, the barefoot contessa cookbook.



It's an oldie but a goody. I love the barefoot contessa recipes because she focuses on simple fresh ingredients. Of course, all the cream & butter she ads doesn't hurt the taste factor but I find I can cut down on the amounts without losing much (if anything) in the translation.

I also tried to play around with the formatting of the picture for a little variety.
