Dinner #54: Fish Tacos
Monday, April 20, 2009: Tonight was another favorite. Fish Tacos! The marinade comes from Bill Granger's Bills Open Kitchen cookbook. It's a combination of cilantro, paprika, cumin, serrano pepper, lime zest, salt, pepper, and olive oil. The pico de gallo is tomato, red onion, jalapeƱo, lime juice, cilantro, salt & pepper. I like a little extra hot sauce on mine. So there you go, all the "fixins" for a great fish taco.
