Tonight we ate at the other of our two favorite restaurants on Martha's Vineyard, Detente. Again, no camera but the web site has some pictures.
We split the seared sea scallop to start. They were really nice & broke it out onto 2 plates. We're fine with sharing from the same plate but this was a really nice gesture. For the main I had goat cheese ravioli with asparagus, sugar snap peas, and braised rabbit. All was very good but I can't say it all went together exrtemely well. Emily had seared wahoo with lobster, curried gnocchi, and shoe string potatoes. For dessert we split the lemon rum cake with chocolate sorbet, shaved coconut, and pineapple. Seems random but it all went together very well.
Sorry for the lack of pictures as the food again is great from both the presentation & taste standpoint. However, here's one from the Vineyard Haven port.
